Wedding Package Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking & Payment
All bookings require a telephone call with a member of the Guest Eye team to confirm availability and finalise the details of your booking. Once confirmed, you can either pay in full or secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit, which must be paid within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your wedding date.

Guest-Captured Footage
Our cameras are designed to be used by you and your guests, so the amount and duration of footage captured will depend on how the cameras are used throughout your event. Each camera has up to 16 hours of recording storage available, meaning there is no set maximum amount of footage that can be captured, provided the available storage is not exceeded. Guest Eye cannot guarantee a specific amount or length of footage, as this is determined by the guests and how they choose to use the cameras. A member of our team will be on-site throughout the hire to help keep the cameras available and running smoothly.

Nature of Guest-Captured Footage

Guest Eye is not responsible for the nature, content or material recorded by guests or other attendees using the cameras during the hire period. Once cameras have been checked out and handed to the event organiser, guests or attendees, Guest Eye has no control over how the cameras are used or what is recorded. This includes, but is not limited to, any indecent, explicit, offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise objectionable footage.

Guest Eye does not monitor or supervise footage while the cameras are in the possession of the event organiser or guests. The event organiser is responsible for ensuring that the cameras are used appropriately and in accordance with applicable laws and venue rules, and accepts responsibility for any content recorded using the cameras during the hire period.

Guest Eye reserves the right to decline to provide, reproduce or distribute footage where doing so would be unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

This clause does not affect Guest Eye’s responsibility for the safe handling, storage and transfer of the footage once the cameras have been returned to Guest Eye.

£200 Equipment Deposit
A £200 refundable equipment deposit is required before your event. This will be returned within 24 hours after the event, provided all equipment is returned safely and on time, with nothing damaged or missing. If any equipment is damaged, lost or missing, the relevant costs may be deducted from the deposit. Additional charges may apply where the cost of damage or loss exceeds the £200 deposit.

Travel & Overnight Costs
Travel is included within the mileage allowance stated on your chosen package. If your venue is outside this allowance, additional travel costs may apply. Where an overnight stay is required for our team, reasonable overnight accommodation and any necessary additional travel expenses will also apply. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed with you before your booking is confirmed.

Tailoring Your Package
Our packages can be adapted to suit your wedding and what you’d like captured. Any changes, additions or extras will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
