Our streamlined event package, perfect for capturing the key moments throughout your event. Includes 2 vintage camcorders with upgraded mic attachments, with a member of the Guest Eye team on-site for the duration of your hire. Camcorders can be available from start to finish, giving guests plenty of opportunity to capture the event naturally.
The Complete

5 Vintage Camcorders
Our full event package, designed to capture more moments from more perspectives. Includes 5 vintage camcorders with upgraded mic attachments, with a member of the Guest Eye team on-site throughout. Camcorders can be available from start to finish, giving guests the freedom to capture everything as it happens.

Party & Event Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
All bookings require a telephone call with a member of the Guest Eye team to confirm availability and finalise your event details. Once confirmed, you can pay in full or secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit, payable within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
Guest-Captured Footage
Our cameras are designed to be used by you and your guests, so the amount and duration of footage captured will depend on how the cameras are used throughout the event. Each camera has up to 16 hours of recording storage, meaning there is no set maximum amount of footage provided the available storage is not exceeded. Guest Eye cannot guarantee a specific amount or length of footage captured.
All raw footage will be sent directly to the party organiser only within 48 hours of the event. It is the organiser’s responsibility to share the footage with guests or other attendees if they wish to do so. Guest Eye is not responsible for distributing footage to individual guests.
Our team will be on-site throughout the hire to help keep the cameras available and running smoothly.
Nature of Guest-Captured Footage
Guest Eye is not responsible for the nature, content or material recorded by guests or other attendees using the cameras during the hire period. Once cameras have been checked out and handed to the event organiser, guests or attendees, Guest Eye has no control over how the cameras are used or what is recorded. This includes, but is not limited to, any indecent, explicit, offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise objectionable footage.
Guest Eye does not monitor or supervise footage while the cameras are in the possession of the event organiser or guests. The event organiser is responsible for ensuring that the cameras are used appropriately and in accordance with applicable laws and venue rules, and accepts responsibility for any content recorded using the cameras during the hire period.
Guest Eye reserves the right to decline to provide, reproduce or distribute footage where doing so would be unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
This clause does not affect Guest Eye’s responsibility for the safe handling, storage and transfer of the footage once the cameras have been returned to Guest Eye.
£200 Equipment Deposit
A £200 refundable equipment deposit is required before your event. This will be returned within 24 hours after the event, provided all equipment is returned safely and on time, with nothing damaged or missing. Any costs for damaged, lost or missing equipment may be deducted from the deposit, with additional charges applying where costs exceed £200.
Travel & Overnight Costs
Travel costs are not included within our party and event packages. Any travel costs required for your event will be calculated based on the location of your venue and discussed with you before booking. Where an overnight stay is required, overnight accommodation and any necessary additional travel expenses will also apply. All additional costs will be agreed with you in advance.
Tailoring Your Package
Our party and event packages can be adapted to suit your plans and what you’d like captured. Any changes, additions or extras will be agreed with you in advance.
